PAYMENT / SHIPPING / ETC.

 

+++ ORDER: Seen something you like? Wish to create your very own dream bag? Please email me your questions, ideas, orders contact@paradise-bigbags.com.

+++ PRODUCTION TIME: If the bag is already sewn it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If the bag needs to get designed and produced please allow about 4 weeks for that process - sometimes it takes a little more and sometimes a little less time. If you have a certain due date let me know and I will try my best.

​

+++ PAYMENT: Your receipt with your order number will be emailed to you. All transactions are made in Euros, accepted payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer. I only accept advance payment.

+++ SHIPPING: Within Germany I will ship FOR FREE. Your parcel will be sent via DHL or Hermes (WITH tracking number), however you prefer it. I ship nearly everywhere including paradise and will state your shipping costs upon request. Once the parcel left my hands I cannot be hold responsible anymore.

+++ CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER: You can send a cancellation via email and I will check whether this is still possible. If the order has already been shipped this unfortunately will no longer work. You can return your order to me upon receipt, read the returns instructions please. Custom ordered bags cannot be cancelled once the production process started!

+++ RETURNS: You can return your purchase within 14 days of shipping - but please always contact me beforehand to register the return. Please note: Returns must be shipped at own expense and with tracking number. The product you wish to return must arrive visibly unused and undamaged. Custom ordered bags and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

+++ REFUND AFTER RETURN: I will refund the full amount of your bag. Refund shipping: Return shipping costs will only be refunded if a bag is defective within the warranty period. Other orders must be returned at own expenses.

+++ GUARANTEE: We offer you a warranty of 6 months after purchase for manufacturing and product defects. In this case, we will repair or replace the product free of charge (this choice is ours). If the product or model is out of stock, we will replace it with an equivalent product or model. After this period, these complaints will no longer be processed. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective material, but not damage caused by improper or intensive use - such as carelessness, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, sun (e.g. discoloration/color fading), normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches) or transport damage (e.g. by airlines). We do not guarantee the detachment of (push)buttons, stones, sequins or other parts used. However, the cost of returning the product is at your expense. Shipment of the repaired product or a replacement product is at our expense.

Broken bag after a short period of use: Always check the terms and conditions first to determine if your defect is covered under warranty. Then email us (contact@paradise-bigbags.com) and report your defect as accurately as possible, including your order number and photos.

+++ SPECIAL OFFERS: If you have a promotion code please let us know in advance. Unfortunately it is not possible to subsequently request a (discounted) offer after your order.
